NIE Report: Iran halted work on nuclear weapons in 2003

U.S. government experts say that Iran stopped working on making a nuclear weapon in 2003. Many people are now wondering when President Bush found out about this, and why he continued to give speeches saying that Iran was a nuclear threat.
